Delivery destinations

We deliver to selected European destinations. Available delivery methods, estimated costs and destination restrictions are shown during checkout.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are normally prepared after payment is confirmed. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and product availability.

Tracking and failed delivery

When tracking is available, use the tracking information provided with your order confirmation. If a parcel cannot be delivered, the carrier may redirect it to a collection point or arrange another delivery attempt.

Restricted destinations

Some remote locations, islands and restricted postal codes may not be eligible for delivery. Certain products containing batteries may also be subject to additional transport restrictions.

Responsibility for delivery

Where mandatory consumer law applies, your statutory rights concerning delivery, loss and damaged goods are not reduced by this policy.
