30-day store return period

Eligible unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. This voluntary store policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

EU/EEA withdrawal rights

Where EU consumer law applies to your online purchase, you generally have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.

How to request a return

Contact [email protected] with your order reference before sending a product back. We will provide the applicable return instructions and return address.

Return condition

Eligible products should be returned in good condition, preferably in their original packaging and with the included accessories.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, return shipping may be your responsibility where permitted by law and where you were informed of that cost before purchase. If goods are faulty or incorrect, mandatory consumer rights concerning return costs continue to apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Faulty goods and legal guarantee

Where EU consumer law applies, consumers have a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract. Any commercial manufacturer warranty is additional and does not replace statutory rights.
