The store operator’s legal business details should be completed in Store Admin → Store before launch.

Products and information

We aim to present product descriptions, prices and availability accurately. Minor display differences may occur, and clear errors may be corrected before fulfilment.

Orders

Submitting checkout information creates an order request. An order may remain pending until payment is confirmed. We may contact you if information is incomplete or if fulfilment cannot proceed.

Prices and payment

The amount shown at checkout is the amount submitted for payment, together with any charges clearly presented before you place the order. Payment is processed through a hosted payment provider.

Delivery

Available destinations and delivery arrangements are described in the Shipping Policy. Mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

The Returns & Warranty page explains the store return process and refers to statutory rights that may apply to online purchases and faulty goods.

Third-party product names

Third-party product and manufacturer names may be used only to identify the products being offered. Unless expressly stated and supported by authorization, Mavelyt Home does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or imply endorsement by their owners.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under the consumer law applicable to you.
